# Job board integrations > Post a job to LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter in a few clicks, or sync with Y Combinator, and track every applicant. ## Overview A **ONE-CLICK POST** job board lets Dover post your job for you. Open the **Job Boards** tab of a job and post to LinkedIn, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter in a few clicks. Applicants arrive in the **Applicants** tab. Y Combinator Work at a Startup and Wellfound sync jobs and candidates through their own integrations. If you prefer to post on a job board yourself, connect your posting instead. See [Managing job boards](https://docs.dover.com/getting-applicants/managing-job-boards/). --- ## Post a job with one click 1. Open the **Dover App** and select one of your active jobs. 2. Click **Job Boards**. 3. Click **Manage** next to the job board, or click **Post to LinkedIn**, **Post to Indeed**, or **Post to ZipRecruiter** in the **Need more applicants?** banner at the top of the tab. 4. If the board offers more than one posting option, select one. 5. Click the button at the bottom of the window. It reads **Post job to** and the board's name, **Post job**, or **Checkout**. 6. If you click **Checkout**, enter your payment details to finish. The board's status changes to **ACTIVE**. Your posting can take 24 to 48 hours to go live. To see the posting, click **View** next to the board. Any cost for a posting appears in the board's settings before you click **Checkout**. To see your charges, see [Subscriptions and billing](https://docs.dover.com/settings/subscriptions-and-billing/). --- ## Deactivate a posting 1. Open the board's settings with **Manage**. 2. For a posting that Dover published, click **Deactivate**. For a posting you connected yourself, click **Inactive**. If a posting is a paid subscription, **Manage** shows **Update payment method** and **Cancel subscription**, and you need to cancel before you can deactivate. **Update payment method** opens a secure page where you enter a new card. **Cancel subscription** asks why you're canceling, then opens a secure page where you confirm the cancellation. You then come back to the board's settings, which now show **Deactivate** and **Keep Active**. Click **Deactivate** to take the posting down, or click **Keep Active** to leave it live until the end of the billing period. Until then, the board's status shows the date it ends. A deactivated posting may take some time to disappear from the job board, and there's no refund for the remaining time. You need the **Billing** permission to use **Update payment method** and **Cancel subscription**. --- ## LinkedIn When you post to LinkedIn, you can choose a promoted post or a Basic Job post: - **Promoted post:** a paid LinkedIn job slot, promoted to LinkedIn members. Promoted slots are limited. When they're all in use, Dover shows a link to join a waitlist. - **Basic Job post:** a free post that Dover publishes to your LinkedIn company Page, so candidates find your openings in one place. LinkedIn decides whether a job goes live, so Dover can't guarantee that a posted job appears on LinkedIn. :::note LinkedIn doesn't allow Dover to post jobs on behalf of talent or staffing agencies. Read LinkedIn's [terms of service](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/service-terms) for details. ::: ### Set up your LinkedIn company details Complete this setup once for your company before you post. Dover's LinkedIn integration requires a LinkedIn company Page. Without one, the job posting fails. 1. Go to **Settings → Integrations** and open the LinkedIn settings. 2. Enter your LinkedIn company Page URL in **Company LinkedIn Page**. 3. Enter your **LinkedIn Company ID**. After you save, you can't edit this field. To change it, ask on the [Contact Support](https://app.dover.com/support/messages) page (**Get Help → Contact Support** in the app). Find the ID with LinkedIn's [Company ID guide](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a415420). 4. Click **Save**. 5. Ask a LinkedIn admin to open your LinkedIn job posting settings, turn on "Enable basic job postings", and click "Connect ATS". Select Dover. ### Post to LinkedIn Make sure your job meets LinkedIn's job posting guidelines. Then follow the steps in [Post a job with one click](#post-a-job-with-one-click) and choose LinkedIn. LinkedIn typically takes 24 hours to show the job. When it's live, the window changes to "Your job posting should now be live" with a link to view it on LinkedIn. --- ## Indeed Indeed is a leading global job search platform. Select a posting option, then click **Checkout** or **Post job**. Dover posts the job to Indeed for you. After the posting is active, you can connect it to your Indeed company page. To do that, contact the Dover Support team on the [Contact Support](https://app.dover.com/support/messages) page (**Get Help → Contact Support** in the app). --- ## ZipRecruiter ZipRecruiter is an online job marketplace. Select a posting option, then click **Checkout** or **Post job**. Dover posts the job to ZipRecruiter for you. --- ## Y Combinator Work at a Startup If your company is in Y Combinator, connect your Dover account to Work at a Startup to sync your jobs and automatically import candidates into Dover. You need a Work at a Startup account and your Dover API key. New applicants sync to Dover with the source **Wellfound**. A posting can take 24 to 48 hours to go live after you post it. Dover marks the job board **ACTIVE** as soon as you post. To open a live posting, click **View** next to the board in the **Job Boards** tab. ### Do I need an account on the job board? It depends on the board. LinkedIn needs a LinkedIn company Page. Y Combinator needs a Work at a Startup account, and Wellfound needs a Wellfound account. Indeed and ZipRecruiter don't need an existing account. To connect your Indeed company page after your posting is active, contact the Dover Support team on the [Contact Support](https://app.dover.com/support/messages) page (**Get Help → Contact Support** in the app). ### What are LinkedIn Basic Jobs? Basic Jobs are job posts aggregated on LinkedIn to create a comprehensive job-seeking experience for LinkedIn members. You can view them in the **Jobs** tab on LinkedIn.com, and they're visible to candidates who are actively searching for a job or viewing your company's LinkedIn Page. They receive limited active promotion to LinkedIn members, compared to jobs posted in Job Slots (paid jobs). Basic Jobs aren't available for clients on the free plan. LinkedIn only publishes jobs that meet its quality standards and policies. Read LinkedIn's [job posting guidelines](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a521792) before you post. If your job still isn't visible, check these items: - The posting is active in Dover. - The location settings are correct. - Your LinkedIn Company ID is correct. - You don't have an existing LinkedIn posting with the same job title. - Your company Page and job meet LinkedIn's requirements. - Your company isn't a recruiting or staffing agency. LinkedIn also requires a one-time opt-in before Basic Jobs from an applicant tracking system can appear. A LinkedIn admin opens the LinkedIn job posting settings, turns on "Enable basic job postings", clicks "Connect ATS", and selects Dover. If LinkedIn removes a job or blocks posting because of its [Jobs Policies](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/jobs-policies), contact [LinkedIn Support](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/solve). ### Do paid job board postings renew automatically, and how do I cancel? Yes. When you buy a paid posting, you're charged the subscription amount, and then again every 30 days until you cancel it. To cancel, open the board's settings with **Manage** and click **Cancel subscription**. The posting stays live until the end of your current billing period, unless you click **Deactivate** to take it down sooner. There's no refund for the rest of that period. LinkedIn Basic Jobs aren't available for clients on the free plan, and the Wellfound integration is part of ATS Premium.
